I was prescribed sulfameth for MRSA which is a staph infection. Within three days of taking this medication I began to have a severe headache, pains in my lower back that ran down both my legs, nausea, loss of appetite, and severe fever. I went to the ER lastnight, because no matter how much I tried, I just couldnt move or get comfortable. Glad to know that Im not the only one who has gone through this.

I have the same side effects. I was wondering how long did the side effects last for you and did you have to do anything for the side effects to go away?
