I have tightness and sharp pains in my chest that I have never experienced before taking Toprol XL 25 mg. The medication was prescribed to slow my heart rate down. I was experiencing 140 beats per minute, but now I have a regular bleed pressure and my heart rate is at an average. I feel extremely weird in the mornings. I am light headed and feel fatigue. The chest pain is somewhat constant until I take my next dose of Toprol.
