I was taking doxy twice a day for one week with food and noticed around a day or two after I was finished with it, my face broke out. It looks more like a rash than acne. I have a bunch of tiny little red bumps all over my cheeks (some on my forehead) with tiny little white heads similar to an ant bite. When I sweat, it gets twice as bad, and I feel a tightness in my skin where the bumps are.
