Hello! I came across your posting when I was researching info on MS for a friend. It is very heart breaking to see so many people like yourself trying to cope with this disease and the side affects of medications your clining to for relief of any kind.I have been having side affects from some meds I'm taking for high blood pressure and other related ills thats another reason I was on this site looking. From my experience with drug interaction,I will always go back and look at the last drug I took and eliminate it and see how I feel and watch for the other symptoms to go away like a rash or swelling or whatever has shown up on or in my body. When you introduce a new drug and your body reacts to it thats a sure sign that its the new drug! You have to weigh the benefits,if any, against the relief,if any.But of course you are not going to take a med that might potentially kill you or close to it.Remember too that a doctor will try whats out there for your relief.Every "body" is differant and will react differently. If enough people have the same negative reaction to the same drug, its the drug.I think people like you and me and every one else want positive results so we take the chance and try the drugs presribed.I have gotten into the habit now of researching any drug my doctor presribes "before" I will take it.If I see enough of the same drug interactions from users on this site I will ask for another drug and research that as well until I get to one that has been used with little or no side effects. In your case you may not have that option with MS drugs.I will put you all on my prayer list.Peace and God bless you.
