I've noticed that I'm extremely hungry since taking this drug. Has anyone else oticed severe leg pain with this drug?

I have never been so hungry in all of my life! My legs ache and feel heavy. My knees ache severely. After 3 months the hunger is gone but now I've gained a bunch of weight. My doctor says it will even out. Well it hasn't. I feel very fat, bloated and my hands are swollen. I am also taking hydrochlorothiazide .25 mg. I thought this was to help reduce fluid. It's not helping. Does anyone have an suggestions?
