I have PRP ( Pityriasis Rubra Pilaris) and my head, face, shoulders, and back have been a mess with sores and scabs that would not heal. I have been using Triamcinolone cream for more than a year with no visible effects. I went to a Rhumatologist for arthritis and she gave me a shot of Kenalog to reduce the pain and swelling. It helped that and also cleared up about 50% of my scaly and scab covered face and head. I will ask for another shot upon my next visit. I can go out in public now without wearing makeup. John
