I too experienced the puffy eyes (although mine watered all morning long) while my dose was too high. I was taking Synthroid before going to bed. I found that taking it in the morning seemed to help control the puffiness. After a couple of weeks it was hardly noticable.

I also have developed dry itchy burning eyes since taking synthroid 100 mcg. I am having to get eyes plugs in the tear ducts to alleviate this {I hope}. Anyone else have a solution? Maybe I should try Armour.
