I just got it yesterday but after reading this I won't take it. I wanted it to lose some water. A GREAT blood pressure pill that I started on after four other ones gave me bad side effects, is Clonidine. My father has been taking it fr 50 years. He started as a newbie in the Army. I told my doctor I wanted to try it. She said that it would make me sleepy, so I went to another doctor and he put me on 0.1 ML, the lowest dose - and that if it made me sleepy - then to take it at night. It is great. Clonidine treats all kinds of things but is great for lowering BP.
