I just found out that I am 2 months pregnant and have been taking warfin the whole time. I am trying to find out the side effects of warfin on a embryo or fetus?

I currently take warfarin and I was told by my physician that pregnant women can not take warfarin. So, please let your doctor know that you currently are taking warafarin so he or she can prescribe a different kind of medcine.
