My daughter started singulair 2005 she has been taking it for 2yrs. She was 7 yrs old now 9yrs old. She get headache all the time and she started with her hands making a fist then making her fingers touch and rub her fingers. Now she has stop soing that and her eyes are blinking all the time. And a tic from her eyes she can not stop. I got on line to see if other kids have experience this yes so maybe it is the drug singulair that brought it on. I ask that doctors if this was a tic and she said it probably was, but now I feel that it is singulair. cat

I am having the same problem with my son. He started taking Singulair and had major migraine attacks. CAT scans, eye exams, all proved nothing. I stopped him and started him on it again. We have had major tic issues--mouth opening/closing, and now 3 weeks of a blinking tic! My doctor did not think it was the cause of the headaches, but now I am concerned because of the 2 months of 2 different tics.
