after starting Diovan HCT 160 mg. it reduced my bp from over 150...

I was on Lisonpril for 3months with a cough that wouldn't go away. Switched to 180mg of Diovan which I only take at bedtime. I get a bit of flatulence soon after eating and went from 134 lbs to 150 lbs since being on Diovan for three months. I read the 'disclaimer' with the prescription and there is no mention of weight gain. I am not eating any more than I was and have increased my exercise. I cut out caffeine and lowered my salt intake. My BP went down at first and now is creeping up on me..I thought it was due to stress, but after reading these blogs I am beginning to believe this medicine is making me sicker.
