Low fever or low body temperature. My 9 mo old was taking this for a cold and about an hour after each dose, her temp would drop to about 94.2! That's hypothermia! After several hours and being bundled in warm blankets, her temp would climb. I've only seen this side effect listed on one site. www.drugs.com It is very scary.
