Ive been taking Perdnisone for 10days 20mg tablets (lost a pill) ...

Ive been taking Perdnisone for 10days 20mg tablets (lost a pill) for Bell's Palsy Its been 4 days since my last pill.. and i have an extreme tightness in my stomach area. Does this go away?
