I'm on my third day of Biaxin XL 500MG and I have small red bumps on my hands and the bottoms of my feet. They hurt like blisters. The back of my throat has tiny red dots all over. It doesn't sound like the same simptoms as everyone else.
My mother was prescribed biaxin and had red bumps on her face, sleeplessness, paranoia, hallucinations, and restlessness. She is now in the hospital in the psych ward trying to recover from this medication, and hasn't been on the med for 2 days, and is still confused and semi-psychotic. This is a powerful drug that I can be very dangerous. I pray she returns to normal soon.
