Silke RN and SaraH i GOT THAT BADANXIETY IN MY ARMS LAST NIGHT AND MY HEART BEATING FAST IT WAS WEIRD i MEAN i HAVE THE ARM ANXIETY ALMOST EVERYDAY but I hadnt had the heart beating. omg I had the worst heartburn ever in my life last night I ate some fried chicken and tomatoes and toast and man it was bad I had slept the last three nights and than last night couldnt I just wish i could figure out what is causing the anxiety if my hormones are low but what they were a year ago than what is spawning this anxiety?? Is it the checmicals fromthe pill is it because I have been upset over this illness for weeks what is causing the anxiety I want it to stop
