Taking 1 500 mg tablet per day. Tightness in calves after 3 days....

Taking 1 500 mg tablet per day. Tightness in calves after 3 days. On the 7th day I had debilitating cramp like pain in my right calf. 8th day both calves very sore but I can walk. I will finish the course of 10 tablets but I won't take it again.
