Sarah, reading the post of that guest below I think, that you've misunderstood, what she/he tried to say. I can't find any critical words about our chat here. She/he even said that it is good to have such a place to talk, but that it perhaps will never CHANGE anything if we don't report our problems to the right places (FDA in USA I think... Don't know where there is anything like that here in Germany.....). But one other thing: Please don't write posts here completely in big letters. It's very hard to read and here in Germany writing in a forum or chat with big letters even means you are "screaming" at the others.... Greetings Silke
