I feel sick and tired. I had a bit of a cough before I started Lisinopril because I had smoked for about a month and quit. The cough got steadily worse. Now I have a very productive cough and runny nose and I feel like my immune system has been weakened by taking the med. I don't usually get colds. I also have swollen lymph nodes behind my ear. I take Lisinopril in the morning and by noon it feels like time to go to bed. In some ways I feel better, not as stressed and speeded up as I have been feeling, but the cough, if it doesn't get better is not tolerable. It has helped my blood pressure some, but one day about a week after I started to take it my blood pressure was higher than it had ever been (178 over 107) and I got two irregular heart beat readings. I slept almost the entire weekend and went to work today coughing and nose running. By evening I was exhausted. Will not go to work tomorrow. Left work one afternoon during the Christmas season just past just feeling exhausted. Sick and tired.
