Background on my self: 1- Never had an alcoholic drink in my life (religious reasons) 2- I suffer from Crohn's disease (bowel disease) 3- I smoke cigarettes (a pack a day) I've been taking Levaquin for the past 21 days days (500 mg/day) Side effects: minor pain in right rist joint, minor headache My doctor prescribed the pain killer Oxicodone (5mg) to be taken when needed every four hours. I take my Levaquin in the morning with a cracker or some white bread along with the oxicodone pill. Conclusion: I'm almost side-effect free!!
