I took it without water once. Well, I actually drank a glass of water and then took the capsules without taking another sip. They lodged in my throat and led to 2 severe ulcers in my esophagus. I didn't put the events together for some time and neither did the doc: Couldn't eat for a long while. Please take with water as directed.
