I am wondering if any women on Lipitor have gained weight from it?Another woman and I have been on Lipitor for a year and have noticed a thickness in our stomachs.Granted we are "at that age" of menopause.Any ideas on this?

This is definitely a side effect from statins/Lipitor. Weight gain around the abdomen area.So many of us have experienced the same.
