Not sure if it's a side effect but after being on the drug Biaxin XL - 1,000 mg / day (single dose) for 2 days my feet hurt, my right forearm is very sore, my right wrist is swolen and the left-center part of my lip is really swollen. Can't sleep. My couch is productive however.
