I have just found this website because of my increasing concern about the 20 mg lisinopril that I have been taking for some time now. I suddenly felt that I had become an old man. I was very concerned about the leg muscle pain which was worse in the calves and very noticeable when walking up even a slight incline.
I too have severe joint pain especially in hips knees and ankles. I put myself on a rigorous diet and I shall ignore the pain and increase the exercise regimen.
But if there is pain does that mean there is something wrong and that exercise that increases the pain also increases the damage that the pain is indicating?
