I know the feeling inorder to stay a whopping 230 lb I have to swim a mile. The lowest weight achieved was when I ran 6 miles every otherday and swan a mile every other day. When I questioned I was acussed of eating McDonalds, they took blood samples and found extra low level of cholesteral. After running a half marathon in 2hr and 20 min, the doctor said it must be genetics, I am at my wits end. Any suggestions?
I also take Singulair and I noticed that I have gained 10 pounds in 3 months I thought it was just my Advair but I have stopped it for a month now but I still have a difficult time losing weight. I tried all diets and exercise, but I will not even lose a pound. I am afraid if I stop the Singulair, my asthma will come back. I was hospitalized for asthma/pneumonia 3 months ago. Are there any other meds I can take. I noticed a lot of postings about weight gain on Singulair.
