leg pain, muscular weakness, especially in the thigh muscle, pounding heart, light headedness, persistent for weeks, all disappeared within 2 days of quitting lisinopril

I have been on 10 mg for 10 years. I was very sick, so I would not have noticed side effects. Lately, I have had symptoms as you described. I am going to try 1/4 pill. Lisinopril also makes me very tired. The Dr. and pharmacist said this might be hypotension.

Last year, I cut atenolol beta blocker from 100 mg to 25 mg. I get the same BP and hearty rate control, without the symptoms of depression.I had been getting.
