I received a kenalog shot in December for a respiratory virus and began midcycle bleeding in January. I had a normal cycle in February, but then on Feb. 14 I received another shot of kenalog in my knee joint. I had midcycle bleeding again in March and now in April. I called the doctor's who gave me the shot and they said this "could" happen. My gynocologist said that the steriods were probably the reason. Kenalog has really freaked me out!
