If you can smell and taste your thanksgiving this year then you are very lucky .I took the z pak and now have no sense of smell. And my sense of taste is way off. Foods I used to love just don't taste the same. I would be the last one to know if we had a gas leak. When you are alone most of the day that is scary! My regular doctor did not prescribe it. I was given this drug by a nurse practitioner when I went to urgent care. My regular doctor says that it is permanent. Didn't I have the right to know that this could happen?
I would never take a z pak again but then I guess the damage is allready done.
