On day 5 - 100mg 2x day for moderate adult acne. Really noticed a decrease in appetite mainly, mild nausea with the AM dose, irritability (maybe more the "out there" feeling), definite .. lethargy/drowsiness. I've been going to bed at 9pm. Heh. Thank goodness I don't have the heartburn a majority of you are talking about :o( Sorry.
