Dick...that was one of my complaints about Toprol. It caused me to have the most vivid and awful dreams of my life! It took me a long time to realize that the cause was the Toprol. I was also taking Zestoretic with the Toprol. Yesterday my doc cut out the Zestoretic and decreased the Toprol to 25 mg/day because my BP was so low I was having spells of dizziness. I'll be interested if the dreams go away, too!
