Hey! I've been on topamax for awhile, the worst side effect I've had is the tingly feet thing, and that went away after awhile. Carbonated beverages also don't taste as good, but now I just drink more tea instead of soda, and that's probably better because I don't need all the fake sugar when I'm someone who's taking it to prevent migraines! And for me it was a miracle drug, so the pros outweighed the cons. You can't just look at this page, you have to go out and look at all the success stories too. Good luck!
