Posted: Tue, 05 Sep 2006 12:31:18 -0700 where is the best injection site for kenalog-40? i was injected on the deltoid muscle and no indention noticed. i think it's the best site i recommend. I am in reply to this statement. I received two shots in my deltoid muscle they said it was 10mg of Kenalog. So I do not know if that was the total. I did get two very pronouced indentions in that muscle. I was a little unhappy as that was in January and today is April 23rd? 2007
