Hi: I don't know if this will help. I had been Lisinopril for about 4 years. 20/25 mgs. My doctor cut the dosage to 10mgs. Then I had knee surgery which weakened me considerably, and I began to feel extreme fatigue. I would get up in the morning and then go on the couch for another 2 or 3 hours. Everything was an effort and a very bad feeling. The only med I was taking was Lisinopril and Synthroid. When the doctor took me off the Lisinopril because of elevated potassium and calcium, I began to get some of my energy back (even with the operated knees), so in your case, it could be the Lisinopril.
