I have only been on lisinopril for 3 days. Ditto with the cough, stomach pains and dizziness as well as feeling like I am moving in slow motion. Was wondering about the cough as it has been driving me crazy and was very surprised to see so many others state the same thing and have it attributed to lisinopril. thanks to all for your comments.

Hi, tydus

I have been taking lisinopril for about 7 months and as i set here typing this reply I am feeling somewhat dazed and my stomach is hurting. It hasn't been really controlling my blood pressure and about two weeks my doctor put me on hydrochloridetrimazine and I got progressively sicker (throwing up) and weaker..I ended up going to the emergency clinic and found out I was dehydrated and my bp had dropped to 85/53.. Doctor there said to stop taking it and I did until my bp went back up.. so I took 5 mg this morning and immediately felt sick, tired, and lethargic.. Good to know what I am feeling is not just in my "mind".

I was taking lisinopril, I only took it for almost 2 moths and I got really sick, I started with a dry cough and start throwing up, I could't hold any food in my stomach and I start turning yellow (jundice) I went to the emergency room and told me that I had acute hepataitis, but then it turned out that the medicine (lisinopril) was inflamating my liver, I thought I was going to die.
