I have taken this drug twice now, 20 pills total 2x's a day. So basically 10 days straight. I don't have any side effects like everybody else is having (thats a surprise to be honest) but I don't know if it's actually working. I'm taking this for a bacterial infection in my throat which I have had for 6 weeks now. Before taking this medication I was on another med. which was taken for 5 days straight and was suppose to last in my body for 10 days. I'm done with this medication (SMZ/TMP) tonight and hopefully my infection goes away. Its pretty serious, I was even unable to eat jell-o w/out it hurting and I lost my voice for 4 days straight. The worse sore throat in my life.
