I've been on Yasmin for one cycle. The worst side effect I've experienced so far is SEVERE nausea at night. It's not every night and I never throw up but some nights it's so bad that I can't sleep at all. It's terrible. Taking motion sickness pills has helped and my gyno said I will get used to it but I don't see that happening yet. Other side effects I've experienced are decreased sex drive, horrid mood swings (pissed off one second and happy the next), some depression, breast swelling (I've gone from a B to a middle range C), dry mouth, concentration problems and fatigue. I'm still giving this pill a chance, but if things don't get better after the next two cycles I'm switching to something else.
