I keep bleeding on the Lupron too, They said that isnt supposed to happen to us! Did you get any answers as to why we are bleeding still?

I'm actually in the midst of researching lupron as it is highly recommended by my Dr. In all my research I have yet to see anyone that has a situation similar to mine. I was diagnosed with 2 fibriods in May of 2006, I had heavy periods that lasted about 10 days and some cramping along with the clots of a magnitude that can not be explained only seen. I was put on birth control to shorten my periods and possibly shrink the fibriods. All in all I was dealing with it then, in November of 2007 on the 25 to be exact I began my period and it did not end. I bled from 11/25/07 until 2/20/08 without stopping. I was put on homrone treatments, hospitalized, given a D & C, progestrin shots all of which did not stop the bleeding. I ended up getting 4 blood transfusions in total because even with intense iron therapy my hemoglobin would not stop falling. I am recently married 30 and do not have children so my doctors and I are trying are best to avoid the big "H". Although the side effects of Lupron sound so horrible I just dont feel like I have a choice. Its 3/13/08 and I have begun bleeding again, I called my docotr and have an appointment to go in tomorrow. She is recommending the lupron immediately and in all my research I am not finding anything else that could possibly save my fertility without me bleeding to death. I would so appreciate if someone, anyone experienced or knows someone that experienced anything even remotely close to what I am going through to let me know if they found any other options and how that turned out.
