I'm not a doctor so please, ask ur doctor if this is advisable...but i am currently taking sulfameth and i got those red dots, so rather than take one tablet once a day, i started taking half a tablet twice a day for two days, then started taking it regularly (one a day, once a day). The red dots don't appear anymore, just make sure you are drinking at least 10+ glasses of water a day...it sounds like a lot, but water is a giver of life and your skin and body will thank you....mine did....oh, and i'm wondering, i know imma slaughter the spelling, but do you have the skin condition exczema? I do, so applying aloe lotion mixed with vitamin E oil helped to cool the itching and clear up the spots even faster....just take a standard size bottle of vaseline cooling aloe lotion and 8 capsules of vitamin e. pop each capsule and drip the oil into the lotion. shake up the lotion bottle REALLY well...the aloe cools, the vitamin E oil heals...make sure it is of pure form tho...best wishes...
