Iwas recently diagnosed with Prostititis. I was prescribed Flomax from the urologist. If I dont take the Med before 8:00p.m Im up till midnight. My legs hurt in the morning, but if I take ibuprofen I am fine. My penis seems to be larger when im not erect. During ejaculation not much comes out. But still feels good.

The lack of semen is a side effect of the Flomax. Surprised you were given that. It's usually a treatment for BPH. Funny they call it FloMAX when the opposite is true
