Kenalog shot over 1 month ago for allergies. That nite, I had severe muscle aches and headache. Then that went away. The allergies stopped almost immediately (which was great), but I began getting side effects. For about 2wks, I had excessive urination, almost every 30minutes. I also had rapid, pounding heartbeat for about 4wks. My period, which was due one week after the Kenalog shot came 2wks late- was normal. But then my next period came 2wks early, and I am still having it (for 10 days now). I am a person who is ALWAYS regular!! I also noticed anxiety/agitation during the first 4wks. I have also gained 10lbs, although I exercise, eat well. I hate this drug.
