I totally understand your situation! I was on Yaz for about 9 months and had similar symptoms (abdominal cramping, diarrhea, nausea, bloating, and dizziness) increasingly throughout my time on this pill. I JUST got off the pill about three weeks ago because my symptoms were so bad that I could not leave my house (even to get to the doctor's office). I am recovering now, but I still am fighting with residual symptoms that were most likely caused by Yaz, as I did not have such problems prior to taking Yaz. My doctor cannot find anything obviously wrong with me, so most likely it is this *&^%ing pill.
Yaz is to primarily treat PMDD. If you have serious pains and heavy flow, you should be on a higher dose hormone contraceptive. Yaz takes care of a lot of emotional and mental symptoms not so much physical. Do talk to your ob/gyn. I lived abroad where they prescribed higher dose pills which the FDA has not approved for this country and they definitely took away the pain and completely disappeared after a year of taking it.
