I am taking Mg plus Protein for magnesium deficiency due to Prograf, a drug for prevention of organ transplant rejection. I have experienced no negative effects from this, and have been able to maintain adequate magnesium levels since starting this supplement. It has worked where the previous suplements, (generic drugstore type and intravenous) have not worked. Wholeheartedly recommended to anyone requiring a magnesium supplement.
