I have suffered with extreme fatigue - so bad that my legs sometimes will hardly move. After all the neurological tests and blood tests etc I think it must be due to the Mirena. I had the first for 5 years, and am now on my 4th year of the second. I feel desperately unwell, loads of upper abdominal pain, toodizzy to drive or balance properly. I have gone from being totally physically fit and strong to being almost completely disabled. Symptoms came and went over a year but for the past three months have stayed like this. I am going to get the coil taken out!!
