I began using nuvaring a year ago and discontinued it about 5 mon...

I used to Nuva ring for two months then got the WORST yeast infection EVER. I am having a hard time getting rid of it I have had almost a month worth of diflucan and random monistat creams and nothing seems to kick it completely! Nuva ring needs to answer to this!

I just realized a version of this posted twice. The site was acting a little funky today. Oops! Oh well, good to get the news out I guess.

Oh my goodness, I am having the same problem. I have been using NuvaRing for about 6 months now, and have gotten a yeast infection each month. At first I didn't know what to attribute it to, because I didn't know that infections were a possible side effect. But now that I'm reading these comments, I'm convinced that it is the ring. I'm going to have to change to another method soon.

You are absolutely right. I never used to crave yoghurt before I started Nuvaring, thanks for putting that down. It is right down the drain.
