Hi, I am on my 16th day of using NR. I am also on the sixteenth day of my period. It is not the brown discharge described here, but defintely blood. I am holidays at the moment and so have difficulty in accessing a doctor. I am thinking I should remove it, but I'm not sure. Has anyone else noticed a similar symptom and if so, did it just go away? I haven't had any other bad effects yet and to tell the truth it's been a very difficult few weeks for me, I've lost my job etc. So, I don't think it's having an emotional effect. Perhaps this stress lately could explain my proloinged period though? Any advice??? Thanks.
