I was in the hospital 2 months when they discovered I have chrons disease it was a bit of a bummer i'll admit :P. But i'm doing much better new. Prednisone was one of the medicines I took to get the inflamation down...its not the coolest medicine because of all the lame side effects. I'm only 16 and I've never really had any acne issues but after taking that I got the whole face rash....its been 2 months and its looking a lot better its been pretty frustrating some mornings getting ready to go to school. My advice and words of encouragement would be it will only get better, and things wont be like this forever.....its only a short period in your life with these yucky side effects and i'm sure our taking prednisone for a good reason, theres always going to be those special people in your life you love you no matter what so don't worry if you don't like yourself for a while...its not forever...hang in there :)
