I figured out it was the multi vitamin centrum i was taking that i couldnt take while on the medication. I now take citracal plus twice a day and it doesnt have vit. k in it. My hands and joints started feeling better immediately.I feel silly that that was all it was. Docs should tell you what other supplements you can take that don't have vitamin k. Hope this helps
