I have been on toprol for almost 30days 25mg. I have been having anxiety, panic attacks especially at night. My body feels like it can't settle down and my heartrate is always faster than normal. My heartrate is normally around60's to 70's now it over 90's and I'm very tired and the first syptom I notice was tiredness. I am short of breath a lot I also thought it was allergies because my nose was stuffy but now I know it is this medication. I was doing just fine on my other B/P meds and I'm going back on them ASAP!!!!!!!!!! Thank you all for sharing these horrible side effects I hope everyone gets off these meds and on something different.
