I began taking Toprol XL 50 mg about one week ago. Since taking it I am tired all the time, my vision seems kind of cloudy and I an constantly groggy. I have also begun having nose bleeds for about the past three days. Has anyone else experienced this? I hate to stop it only after one week, but I may need to try something else.
