Hi Jobond,
I was feeling drowsy and did a search on the net regarding if it's safe to take 2 berrocas. Here's what I found in wikipedia:
-----------Start of article---------------
Consumer Warnings
Recommended daily dose: From age 12 to adult - one tablet daily.
Each Berocca tablet contains 285mg of sodium, which should be taken into account by those on a low sodium diet.
Always read the label. Use only as directed. See your doctor if symptoms persist.
Berocca causes your urine to be deep yellow in colour but it is completely harmless. The colouring is due to the excess vitamin B2 being removed from the body through the urine.

Maybe your kidneys/livers gave funny readings because of the sodium. Though in some websites they recommend a maximum of 2,400 milligrams (mg) of sodium a day. (40% of salt is sodium)

The other significant ingredient is the ascorbic acid (500mg), but they are known to have antioxidant properties (which is good).

Maybe its not the berroca but something else in the diet (or lack of)?
After hearing your symptoms though I think for now I'll just take the one berocca instead of two.
