I ran out of Toprol XL 50mg 4 days ago. I am having blurred vision and chest discomfort/pain, muscle spasms, disorientated and cant hardly get out of bed do I need to worry?

I would definitely talk to your doc about this. It isn't a medication that you should just stop cold turkey because of the action that it has on your heart. Since 50mg is not the lowest dose, even if your doc wanted you to stop it, he would probably taper you down first to give your body a chance to adjust. The chest pain is definitely serious. Chest pain should always be checked out.
